Jamie Foxx joined thousands of peaceful protestors outside San Francisco’s City Hall on Monday afternoon (June 1) to protest violence against black men.
Foxx serenaded the crowd with a hymn, before taking a knee and giving a speech.
“If that man can be handcuffed and that man can sit on that man’s neck for that long and feel comfortable about it, that means he’s not afraid of what is going to happen. We have to change the language. They have to be worried that ‘I could go to jail for this’.”
Jamie posted on IG the video of him and Tank singing together in the church in San Francisco earlier in the day.
