Jamie Foxx and his daughter Corinne attended the 2017 American Music Awards last night. Jamie opened Sunday’s ceremony with a heartfelt tribute to emergency personnel and the victims of disasters and violence.
“As this year comes to a close, we look forward to 2018, with hope. For even as we mourn those who were lost, we know this. Together, our strength will pull us through. Together, we shall overcome the pain. Together, we can unite as a people and as a nation.”

Red Carpets Interviews
The father-daughter duo were chatting on Jamie’s love for social media when their interview was crashed by DJ Khaled. While they were in the middle of a television interview, it didn’t stop the stars from showing each other love on the red carpet. “We support each other. That’s a key,” Khaled noted of his All-Star Weekend co-star.
