Open Road has released a first poster and trailer for their new action thriller Sleepless starring Jamie Foxx.
Directed by Baran Bo Odar, the film stars Foxx as undercover Las Vegas police officer Vincent Downs, who is caught in a high stakes web of corrupt cops and the mob-controlled casino underground. When a heist goes wrong, a crew of homicidal gangsters kidnaps Downs’ teenage son. In one sleepless night he will have to rescue his son, evade an internal affairs investigation and bring the kidnappers to justice.
Sleepless is a remake of Nuit Blanche, the 2011 French thriller starring Tomer Sisley and directed by Frederic Jaradin.
The movie also stars Michelle Monaghan, Gabrielle Union, T.I. and Dermot Mulroney.
Sleepless hits theaters on February 24, 2017.
