Earlier this year Jamie shared a picture from the recording studio with Barbra Streisand and now we have a behind the scenes video of their collaboration.
“I wanted to sing with Jamie Foxx because he just has a fantastic voice. And soulful, very, very soulful sound,” Streisand says in the clip. “Jamie brings so much emotion to his performance. He really makes those inspirational lyrics soar.”
The Sound of Music classic tune “Climb Ev’ry Mountain” is set to appear on Barbra Streisand’s forthcoming album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, due later this summer on August 26.
