Oscar-winning actor, singer and comedian Jamie Foxx was in Chicago for a special honor. The Gene Siskel Film Center is paying tribute to Foxx during its annual benefit. Last year’s Renaissance Award recipient, Robert Downey, Jr., is presenting this year’s award to Foxx.
The two co-starred in the films “The Soloist” and “Due Date” and have become close friends. They are so close that Downey couldn’t resist interrupting Foxx’s interview with ABC 7’s Janet Davies.
