TNT on Wednesday announced its development slate for the 2010-11 television season, including project Jamie Foxx.

Foxx will executive produce and write “Miss Philly,” set in the pristine suburbs and urban war zones of Philadelphia, where the mayor has hired the first African-American police commissioner. “She finds herself handling more than she ever expected,” TNT says.

"I just finished something with [producer] Dr Luke, who is on fire right now when it comes to this game. I think his last 10 songs have been No 1. I've also connected again with Jamie Foxx and Usher," Nelly said.

Over at the Cannes Film Festival there are many promo posters for upcoming movies, including "Kane & Lynch," starring Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx. You can check them out below.



Based on a video game, the movie revolves around a pair of Death Row inmates, a mercenary named Kane and a schizophrenic named Lynch, escape during a prison transport and team up to retrieve a stolen fortune.

"Kane & Lynch" will be directed by Simon Crane, who'll make his debut on the movie. Production is scheduled to start on the movie in August.
